This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process personal information when you visit or use the Services, place an order, contact us, submit a review, sign up for marketing communications, or otherwise interact with us.

If there is a conflict between this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service concerning the collection, use, or disclosure of personal information, this Privacy Policy controls.

1. PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

“Personal information” means information that identifies you or can reasonably be linked to you. It does not include information that has been anonymized or de-identified so that it cannot reasonably identify you.

Depending on how you interact with the Services, we may collect the following categories of personal information:

  • Device and technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, network information, cookie identifiers, and other unique identifiers.

  • Usage information, such as pages viewed, links clicked, products viewed, referral URLs, interactions with our website and advertisements, and the date and time of those interactions.

  • Marketing and communication preferences, including email, SMS, and WhatsApp consent records, subscription status, and opt-out requests.

  • Inferences, such as likely interests or preferences derived from your purchases, browsing activity, or interactions with our marketing, where permitted by law.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive medical information through ordinary purchases or customer-support communications. Please do not send medical records, government identification numbers, financial-account passwords, or other unnecessary sensitive information through unsecured channels.

2. HOW WE COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION

We may collect personal information:

  • Directly from you, including when you place an order, create an account, submit a form or review, sign up for communications, or contact us.

  • Automatically, through cookies, pixels, tags, software development kits, and similar technologies when you visit or interact with the Services.

You may opt out as described below.

We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy:

  • Information-technology, cloud-hosting, security, fraud-prevention, professional-adviser, and other vendors that perform services for us.

  • Government authorities, law-enforcement agencies, courts, regulators, or other parties when disclosure is required or permitted by law, necessary to protect rights or safety, or needed to enforce our agreements.

We may also disclose personal information when you direct us to do so or provide consent. Service providers may process personal information only for their authorized purposes and are subject to their own legal and contractual obligations.

We do not sell mobile phone numbers or SMS/WhatsApp opt-in data. We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS/WhatsApp consent information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose this information to service providers solely as necessary to provide messaging, customer support, security, and related services on our behalf.

6. SHOPIFY

We use Shopify Network Intelligence and related Enhanced Services. Shopify may process information about customers’ interactions with our store, other merchants, and Shopify to personalize shopping experiences, provide more relevant advertising, understand how customers interact with stores and advertisements, and improve Shopify’s services. This processing is subject to applicable privacy choices and laws.

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify collects and processes personal information relating to your access to and use of the Services so it can provide, secure, and improve its services. Information you submit through our store may be transmitted to Shopify and other service providers, including providers located outside your country.

Shopify’s processing may vary based on the Shopify features enabled on our store. You can learn more in the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy:

7. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND SERVICES

The Services may contain links to websites, applications, or platforms operated by third parties. We are not responsible for the privacy, security, accuracy, or content of services we do not control. Review the privacy notices and terms of third-party services before providing information to them.

Information you post in public or semi-public areas, including reviews or social-media platforms, may be viewed and used by others. Do not include sensitive or unnecessary personal information in public submissions.

8. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or under a higher minimum age where required by applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us using the details in Section 15 so that we can review and, where appropriate, delete the information.

We do not knowingly sell or share for targeted advertising the personal information of individuals under 16 years of age.

9. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS AND CHOICES

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have the right to:

  • Request access to or information about personal information we maintain about you.

  • Request correction of inaccurate personal information.

  • Request deletion of personal information.

  • Receive a portable copy of certain personal information.

  • Opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling.

  • Object to or restrict certain processing.

  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.

  • Appeal our refusal of a privacy request where applicable.

  • Lodge a complaint with an applicable data-protection authority.

To exercise a privacy right, contact us using the details in Section 15 or use the privacy-choice tools available on our website. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. You may designate an authorized agent where permitted by law, but we may require proof of authorization and direct identity verification.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

Data sharing and targeted advertising. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or its use for targeted advertising. Use the “Your Privacy Choices” or data-sharing opt-out link available in our website footer.

Global Privacy Control. Where legally required and technically supported, we treat a Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out request for the browser and device sending the signal. If Shopify can associate that device with a Shopify account, the choice may also apply to that account. Other than legally recognized signals such as Global Privacy Control, we do not respond to “Do Not Track” signals.

Email marketing. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in an email. Even after opting out of marketing, you may still receive non-promotional communications concerning orders, accounts, security, or customer service.

SMS marketing. You may opt out of SMS marketing at any time by replying STOP. We will honor other reasonable requests to revoke consent as required by law. Reply HELP for assistance or contact us using the details in Section 15. Message and data rates may apply.

WhatsApp. You may request to stop WhatsApp promotional communications by replying STOP, using an available unsubscribe feature, or contacting us. Blocking or deleting a conversation may not by itself communicate an opt-out request to us.

10. SMS AND WHATSAPP COMMUNICATIONS

Providing a phone number for an order, delivery, or customer-support inquiry does not by itself constitute consent to receive marketing messages.

If you separately and affirmatively opt in to receive marketing communications from SpineVora™, you authorize SpineVora LLC to send recurring promotional messages by the channel identified in the consent form, which may include SMS or WhatsApp. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.

Transactional communications may include order confirmations, shipping updates, delivery notifications, security alerts, and responses to customer-support requests. We send these communications as permitted by law and based on the information you provide in connection with the transaction or request.

For SMS, reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. We will process other reasonable revocation requests as required by applicable law. A non-marketing confirmation of your opt-out may be sent. Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

For WhatsApp, you may opt out of promotional communications by replying STOP, using an available unsubscribe feature, or contacting us. WhatsApp and its affiliated companies may process information under their own privacy terms.

We retain consent and opt-out records as reasonably necessary to demonstrate compliance and honor your preferences.

11. SECURITY

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no security measure or method of transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and should not share passwords or access codes. Do not send sensitive or confidential information through unsecured channels.

12. DATA RETENTION

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide the Services, maintain business and transaction records, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, and honor communication preferences.

Retention periods vary depending on the type of information, our relationship with you, legal requirements, and operational needs. When information is no longer required, we may delete or de-identify it, subject to permitted backups and legal retention obligations.

13. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

We and our service providers may transfer, store, and process personal information in countries other than the country where you live. Those countries may have different data-protection laws.

Where required for transfers from the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we rely on recognized safeguards, such as adequacy decisions, approved standard contractual clauses, or another lawful transfer mechanism.

14. COMPLAINTS

If you have a concern about how we process personal information, contact us using the details in Section 15.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to appeal our response or lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
