Unless expressly stated otherwise, SpineVora products are not represented as medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Information on our website, in product guides, emails, videos, advertisements, or customer-support communications is provided for general informational purposes. It is not medical advice and should not replace advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional.
Before using a SpineVora product, carefully read and follow all instructions, warnings, contraindications, and safety guidance included with the product.
Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you:
- Are pregnant or may be pregnant

Individual experiences and results vary. Customer testimonials represent individual experiences and do not guarantee that another customer will achieve the same result.
6. PRICES, PROMOTIONS, AND PAYMENT
Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability may change without notice.
The price displayed at checkout at the time an order is submitted is the applicable product price, subject to correction of obvious errors and applicable law.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate:
- Billing information
- Shipping information
- Email address
- Telephone number
- Payment information
You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method selected at checkout for the order total and any charges clearly disclosed before purchase.
Discount codes and promotions:
- May have eligibility requirements and expiration dates
- May not be combined unless expressly permitted
- Have no cash value
- May be limited to one use per customer, household, order, or payment method
- May be withdrawn or corrected in cases of error, abuse, or fraud
Taxes, customs duties, import charges, and similar fees are handled as described at checkout and in our Shipping Policy.
7. ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order-confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.
We may review, verify, limit, decline, or cancel an order for reasons including:
- Payment authorization failure
- Suspected fraud
- Incorrect pricing or product information
- Inventory unavailability
- Shipping restrictions
- Duplicate or unusually large quantities
- Unauthorized resale
- Violations of these Terms
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.
We may contact you using the email address or telephone number provided at checkout if verification or additional information is required.
8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
SpineVora provides free standard worldwide shipping on orders placed through SpineVora.com.
Estimated processing and delivery times, tracking procedures, international shipping terms, and responsibilities for incorrect addresses, delayed packages, and confirmed deliveries are described in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Free shipping does not necessarily include:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- Brokerage fees
- Government charges
- Local carrier handling fees
- Expedited shipping
Orders may be shipped in multiple packages or from different fulfillment locations.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
9. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND 90-DAY GUARANTEE
Eligible products purchased directly from SpineVora.com are protected by our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee, subject to our Refund and Return Policy.
The guarantee period begins on the confirmed delivery date.
A valid Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) is required before returning a product. Do not send returns to our business mailing address unless our support team specifically identifies it as the authorized return address.
Except for verified damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete orders, customers are responsible for return-shipping costs.
The Refund and Return Policy controls all questions involving:
- Return eligibility
- Non-returnable items
- Return authorization
- Return shipping
- Damaged or defective products
- Inspection
- Refund timing
- Exchanges
- Lost or delivered packages
Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.
10. CANCELLATIONS AND ORDER CHANGES
Contact support@spinevora.com immediately if you need to cancel an order or change its shipping information.
We cannot guarantee cancellation or modification after an order enters processing, fulfillment, or shipment.
Once an order ships, it must follow the applicable return process.
11. OPTIONAL AND THIRD-PARTY TOOLS
We may provide access to third-party tools, applications, payment methods, tracking services, review platforms, communication systems, or other integrations.
These services may include Shopify, payment processors, Judge.me, Klaviyo, Twilio, WhatsApp-related services, shipping carriers, tracking providers, and social-media platforms.
Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy notices.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for third-party services that we do not own or control. Review the applicable third-party terms before using those services.
12. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Our website may contain links to websites or platforms operated by third parties.
We do not control and are not responsible for:
- Third-party content
- Privacy or security practices
- Product or service availability
- Representations made by third parties
- Transactions completed outside SpineVora.com
A link does not necessarily mean that SpineVora endorses the third party.
Review the third party’s policies before submitting information or completing a transaction.
13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The website and its content—including the SpineVora™ name, logos, product names, photographs, videos, graphics, text, designs, icons, software, and page layouts—are owned by or licensed to SpineVora LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Without written permission, you may not:
- Copy or reproduce website content
- Modify or create derivative works
- Sell, license, or commercially exploit content
- Use SpineVora trademarks or branding
- Remove ownership or copyright notices
- Scrape, extract, or systematically collect website content
- Use content to train, develop, or operate a competing commercial system or product
No ownership rights are transferred to you.
14. REVIEWS, FEEDBACK, PHOTOGRAPHS, AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS
If you submit a review, testimonial, comment, photograph, video, suggestion, or other content (“User Content”), you represent that:
- You own the content or have permission to submit it.
- The content is truthful and based on your genuine experience.
- The content does not violate another person’s privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights.
- The content is not defamatory, threatening, obscene, fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful.
- The content does not contain malicious software.
- You are not impersonating another person.
You retain ownership of your User Content.
By submitting User Content, you grant SpineVora LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, edit for formatting or length, translate, publish, display, distribute, and use that content in connection with SpineVora’s website, marketing, advertising, social media, and business operations, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
We may remove or decline to publish content that violates these Terms, applicable law, platform rules, or our review standards.
We are not required to publish, compensate, or respond to User Content.
15. EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS
Providing your email address for an order, account, or support request authorizes us to send non-promotional communications reasonably related to that transaction or request, such as:
- Order confirmations
- Payment notifications
- Shipping and delivery updates
- Return and refund communications
- Account and security notices
- Customer-support responses
We send promotional emails only as permitted by applicable law and your communication choices.
You may unsubscribe from promotional emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in an email. Opting out of marketing does not prevent necessary transactional or customer-service communications.
16. SMS AND WHATSAPP COMMUNICATIONS
Providing a telephone number for checkout, shipping, delivery, account verification, or customer support does not by itself constitute consent to receive marketing messages.
If you separately and affirmatively opt in, you authorize SpineVora LLC to send recurring automated or non-automated promotional communications through the channel identified in the consent disclosure, which may include SMS or WhatsApp.
By opting in, you acknowledge:
- Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
- You are the subscriber or authorized user of the telephone number provided.
- You will notify us if your telephone number changes or is reassigned.
SMS: Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance. We will honor other reasonable revocation requests as required by law. After an opt-out request, we may send one non-promotional confirmation message.
WhatsApp: You may opt out of promotional WhatsApp communications by replying STOP, using an available unsubscribe feature, or contacting us at support@spinevora.com.
Blocking or deleting a WhatsApp conversation may not, by itself, notify SpineVora that you are withdrawing consent.
Transactional messages may include:
- Order confirmations
- Shipping updates
- Delivery notifications
- Security or verification messages
- Return and refund updates
- Responses to customer-support requests
SMS and WhatsApp communications are also governed by our Privacy Policy. Twilio, WhatsApp, telecommunications carriers, and other service providers may process information according to their own terms and privacy notices.
17. PRIVACY AND YOUR PRIVACY CHOICES
Our collection, use, disclosure, and retention of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including rights to access, correct, delete, or opt out of certain data sharing or targeted advertising.
Use the “Your Privacy Choices” link in our website footer to manage applicable data-sharing preferences.
Where legally required and technically supported, we recognize Global Privacy Control signals as opt-out requests for the applicable browser and device.
18. ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS
The website may occasionally contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions concerning:
- Product descriptions
- Prices
- Promotions
- Availability
- Shipping information
- Delivery estimates
- Images or included components
We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, and cancel or adjust affected orders, including after an order is submitted, subject to applicable law.
If we cancel an order because of our error after collecting payment, we will issue an appropriate refund.
19. PROHIBITED USES
You may not use the website, Services, or content:
- For an unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose
- To violate any applicable law or regulation
- To infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights
- To submit false, deceptive, or misleading information
- To harass, threaten, abuse, defame, or discriminate against another person
- To upload viruses, malware, or destructive code
- To collect or track another person’s information without authorization
- To spam, phish, scrape, crawl, or circumvent access controls
- To interfere with website security or operation
- To impersonate another person or business
- To make fraudulent purchases, returns, reviews, or payment disputes
- To use the website or its content to develop or promote a competing commercial product without permission
- To engage in unauthorized resale or distribution
We may suspend or terminate access for prohibited conduct.
20. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and Services are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis, except for warranties expressly provided by SpineVora or imposed by applicable law.
We do not guarantee that:
- The website will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
- Every defect will be corrected immediately.
- The website will be free from all harmful components.
- Product results will be identical for every customer.
- Information from third parties will always be complete or accurate.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.
21. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SpineVora LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, suppliers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of—or inability to use—the website, Services, or products.
This limitation may include loss of profits, revenue, savings, data, opportunity, or goodwill, even if the possibility of such damages was disclosed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpineVora LLC’s total liability arising from a product, order, or use of the Services will not exceed the amount paid for the product or order giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law, including liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
22. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless SpineVora LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, suppliers, and licensors from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising from:
- Your material breach of these Terms
- Your unlawful use of the Services
- Your violation of another person’s rights
- User Content submitted by you
- Fraudulent or abusive activity conducted through your account
This obligation does not apply to claims caused by SpineVora LLC’s own unlawful conduct or negligence where such exclusion is prohibited.
23. TERMINATION
These Terms remain effective while you use the Services.
You may stop using the Services at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe that you:
- Violated these Terms
- Engaged in fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity
- Created a security risk
- Misused the website or another person’s rights
Termination does not eliminate obligations or liabilities that arose before termination.
Provisions that logically should survive termination—including intellectual property, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute provisions—will remain effective.
24. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or severed as necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
25. NO WAIVER
Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision later.
A waiver is effective only when it is expressly made in writing by an authorized representative of SpineVora LLC.
26. ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND POLICY PRIORITY
These Terms and the policies incorporated by reference constitute the entire agreement between you and SpineVora LLC concerning your use of the Services.
If these Terms conflict with a more specific policy:
- The Refund and Return Policy controls return and refund matters.
- The Shipping Policy controls shipping and delivery matters.
- The Privacy Policy controls personal-information practices.
- A product-specific warning or instruction controls safe product use.
Nothing in these Terms overrides rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
27. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Subject to non-waivable consumer rights and any jurisdiction legally required to hear a dispute, disputes relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought in the appropriate state or federal courts serving Dallas County, Texas.
Customers outside Texas may retain mandatory rights and remedies under the laws of their place of residence.
28. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our products, Services, operations, technology, or legal obligations.
When we make changes, we will post the revised Terms and update the “Last updated” date.
Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law permits or requires otherwise.
Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
