Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Free shipping does not necessarily include:

Orders may be shipped in multiple packages or from different fulfillment locations.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

9. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND 90-DAY GUARANTEE

Eligible products purchased directly from SpineVora.com are protected by our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee, subject to our Refund and Return Policy.

The guarantee period begins on the confirmed delivery date.

A valid Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) is required before returning a product. Do not send returns to our business mailing address unless our support team specifically identifies it as the authorized return address.

Except for verified damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete orders, customers are responsible for return-shipping costs.

The Refund and Return Policy controls all questions involving:

You retain ownership of your User Content.

By submitting User Content, you grant SpineVora LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, edit for formatting or length, translate, publish, display, distribute, and use that content in connection with SpineVora’s website, marketing, advertising, social media, and business operations, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

We may remove or decline to publish content that violates these Terms, applicable law, platform rules, or our review standards.

We are not required to publish, compensate, or respond to User Content.

15. EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS

Customers outside Texas may retain mandatory rights and remedies under the laws of their place of residence.
