1. Processing Time
All orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will be processed on the following business day.
Please note that during high-demand periods, including holidays and promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.
If any significant delay occurs with your order, our team will notify you by email as soon as possible.
2. Shipping Time & Carriers
Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times will vary based on your location and the selected shipping method:

International Orders: 10–20 business days, depending on destination and customs processing

3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a direct link to track your package.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available and update after receiving your shipping confirmation email.
4. Delivery Confirmation
Once a package has been marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, SpineVora’s delivery responsibility is considered fulfilled.
If you are unable to locate your package after delivery confirmation, please:

Check with household members, neighbors, or your building’s reception/mailroom

Verify that the shipping address provided during checkout is correct

Contact the shipping carrier directly for additional assistance
While SpineVora is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery, our support team will gladly assist you in opening an investigation with the carrier whenever possible.
5. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your order.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided during checkout, additional reshipping fees may apply.
SpineVora is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages resulting from inaccurate shipping information entered by the customer at checkout.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@spinevora.com with clear photos and a brief description of the issue.
Our support team will review the situation and may offer a replacement, refund, depending on the circumstances.
7. Delays Beyond Our Control
Shipping times provided are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
SpineVora is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers, logistics providers, or unforeseen events.
If your order has not arrived within 30 days from the shipment date, please contact our support team, and we will gladly assist you as quickly as possible.
8. Fraud Prevention
To help protect our customers and maintain a secure shopping experience, SpineVora reserves the right to:
